here as an e-book) gives a behind-the-scenes tour of her restaurant. Co-owner of Hampton Chutney Co. (
http://www.hamptonchutney.com), Isabel, along with her husband, Gary, opened their first Hampton Chutney Co. restaurant in 1997. They have opened two additional locations since, including this one at Amsterdam between 82d and 83d Streets, serving dosas, uttapas, chutneys, and lassis.
