Abigail arrived at Trinity last April with nearly fourteen years of experience working in development at the Columbia Journalism School. A native New Yorker who grew up on the Upper West Side, Abigail lives in Brooklyn, where she and her husband raised their two children and have lived for twenty-five years. An alumna of The Brearley School and Barnard College, Abigail recently completed her MA from Teachers College, Columbia University, where her course work centered on education policy, urban sociology, and the history of kindergarten through twelve education in New York City. In her spare time, Abigail is completing her Master Composter Certificate with the New York City Department of Sanitation, and she volunteers at GrowNYC local greenmarkets and Red Hook Farms. Abigail is an avid reader, baker, hiker, and college basketball fan. She is thrilled to be working at Trinity.
