Zuri most recently served as an associate teacher at Trevor Day School. She earned a BA in sociology from Lehman College and is currently pursuing an MA in early childhood education and childhood education at Fordham University. Zuri is excited to be teaching in a first grade classroom at Trinity after several years of experience in pre-kindergarten classrooms. Zuri was raised in Brooklyn and currently lives in the Bronx. As much as she likes New York City, Zuri loves traveling internationally. She also enjoys playing video games, reading, cooking, watching anime, exercising, and learning German.
